Exchange
If the size or style isn't right, you can exchange your item within 3 days of delivery.
- The item must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered, with its original tags and packaging.
- You can exchange for a different size of the same piece, or for another piece. If the new piece costs more, you pay the difference.
- Exchanges depend on stock. If the size you need is not available, you can choose another piece.
- A delivery charge may apply for the exchange; we will confirm it with you first.
Refunds
We offer exchange only and do not give cash refunds, except when the item you received is damaged or is not what you ordered.
Damaged or wrong item
Please check your order when it arrives. If something is damaged or wrong, message us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will replace the item, or refund you if a replacement is not available.
How to ask for an exchange
- Message us on WhatsApp or email sales@nipraalifestyle.com with your order number.
- Tell us which item you want to exchange and what you would like instead.
- We arrange the collection and send the new item.
